Adults need recess, too.

I was a half hour early to an executive meeting today, so I skipped over to the gym & did a quick 20+ minutes on the elliptical ; I also weighed myself & checked my measurements while there...

I'm down another 5 lbs, and a couple inches off my waist! Woot.

The best part of exercise though, is how great it makes one feel - I'm totally awake & invigorated again, and it fixed my afternoon exhaustion that I used to pan off on coffee - these afternoon exercise breaks seem to be the perfect thing for me. Long live recess!
