tell me something to photograph!! (please?) heh.

Only one request? Are you not at all curious? It'll be a more fun art-project for me if I have a couple requests is all. *grin* you know I'll try to "interpret" the concept - so I'd like to have a few options -

c'mon - throw me something to photograph - I need to stretch my boundaries of photographic comfort. LOL.

EDIT: Ok, I've got these so far: my books in shelves that's 4 shelves / my tongue & the kids if they want to,... the smallest & the largest things I can find preferably obscured... and "maybe" something I drive by "all the time"... anything else? k... got an add on of "your toliet" and "Your favourite cd/tape/lp, Your favourite outfit, Your favourite part of your house/yard"..

made bracelets for the neighbor boys too - their request! Cute.

Aurora was having a playdate with the boys across the street and Carson liked the bracelets so much he asked if I could make one for him.. then Lucas came over & was thrilled we were planning one for him.

I let them design them (pick out the main beads and the order of the beads) and then I wired them up: I also let them pick the small beads when they wanted to - and I filled in where it looked right w/more small beads.

Here are the boys showing off their very nice designs:

Carson went with an orange and blue design... with red wire.

Lucas did a "mostly blue, green is okay, like green green green, blue, blue blue" with black wire.

They actually watched me make most of the bracelets! That was cool that they were so interested. They also both raced across the street to their home to show their mom the second their bracelet was done, heh. Very cool.

I actually made them big enough that they can take them on and off without doing the toggle, and it's wirey so they won't just "fall off" unnoticed.. plus then they can wear them pretty much until they grow up - maybe even then if they decide to take care of the bracelets (I'm not holding my breath, heh).

Pirate Yarg!

woot - clean house & over a dozen RSVPs. That makes a party!

Yay! I have gotten 10, 11 if you count me affirmative RSVPs for tonight, plus Ang & Jester might come over after the game shop closes... and 2 who may or may not stop in depending on their other evening plans.. ; and a few others who are invited that I haven't heard back from but who might also drop by to hang out: this will be sweet.

I even vacuumed the basement tiles. *grin* It's pretty nice; we'll put something on the giant HGTV screen so early ones can pick the movie for the background: we have hundreds .. I know, indulgent, yes. heh.

I also have some chicken I have to grill up so I'll def. have the grill on & happy to share for those who are hungry, bring something if you have something you want to grill for sure.

If you want to come & don't know how to get to my house post a comment and I'll check back in a bit. If you know the street but not the house: it's the one with the homemade canvas pirate flag flying from a full sized flag pole, and we also have the street lamp in our yard so you can see the flagpole even at night, kinda. =) Remember Byob 'cause I'm not that rich. *grin*
