keep at it: burn the fire with those fat tallow pine cones!! LOL.

I have lost a few pounds since trying the new approach to food. It's hard to let myself "get hungry" - but I have to remember it's okay, and how am I going to burn stored fuel if I keep giving my body fresh easy to burn fuel?

I just have to respect & listen to the hunger, and then: choose wisely. Skip the crap as much as I can, especially the sugars!
