Sunday/Jan 7th Elliptical -- 25 minutes - HR: 74-84
Monday/Jan 8th Elliptical -- 35 minutes - HR: 74-110
Tues/Jan 9th - 60 minutes walking - then later another 45 minutes walking
Wed/ Jan 10th - 15 minutes elliptical in the MORNING> woot. HR: 70-80
Thurs/ Jan 11th - 45 mins brisk walking w/sare & 60 minutes slow walking with kids/grocery shopping etc.
Friday / Jan 12th - just 30 minutes walking
Saturday / Jan 13th: hand scrubbed floors - swept too - took about 45 minutes - also scrubbed some of the walls & windows (kids=handprints & smudges) & all told it was a mild workout, but a kind of workout.
Sunday / Jan 14th - walking 30 minutes, laundry & other house chores 60 minutes (if no breaks/etc counted)
Monday / Jan 15th - walking in & around snow w/the kids 15 minutes, salting the stairs (walking up & down stairs) 5 more minutes -- then later walking 90 minutes (grocery store mostly), more laundry, more dishes/scrubbing 60 minutes & moving bins downstairs (xmas boxes) for 15 minutes so much cleaning!! - ha; I need to get back to some normal exercise for excercise sake! lol. But it is helping the clutter/floors/etc. ;)
