I have to remember to "give myself" some of my time (whew)

Exercise does make me feel better.

- I am really glad I went tonight, and went on Tuesday, and Sunday and last Thursday - getting the pace set for at least 3 or more workouts per week.

It really is for me / my stress is often quite high from all kinds of various facets and I just have to "give myself" my time to exercise despite pressures pulling & pushing me to do everything else.

Plus it's really good for the kids to exercise in the kids gym & see a good example for exercise: I watched a news show on obese kids - it's like, a new epidemic.
