ow.30 hour soreness lag...

New workout class on Wednesday, and I don't get sore until the middle of the night Thursday & wake up with aching muscles - I guess it took a day for them to decide they got worked.

Also worked out Tuesday and Saturday - I wonder if I'll fit in more exercise before Sunday pilates? Maybe some jumprope! :p
