a smile a day keeps the chocolate away?

I started using http://www.fitday.com to like, track what I eat - it is interesting to see how it adds up differently then I thought it did ;heh. Hopefully it'll help me eat a healthier variety of fudz. & on that note I saw this today out cruisin' the internetz & have to repost in celebration of using Fitday like, all week long.
