I read this one site that said most bad breath "solutions" are just masks and I totally agree. They went on to say eating a lot of protein & dairy increases the production of the (good but smelly) bacteria that is in the tongue to help with digestion - and we need that bacteria but not that much - also coffee can make it worse :S Bad news!!
It also said green & black tea reduces that bacteria. So I'm thinking, maybe I should switch from coffee to tea? I can do green tea but I'm not a huge fan of black teas. It would be best if I just quit caffeine (I feel) but maybe switching from coffee to green tea would make it a good reduction and a potential boost to good breath??
