--------------First one is a concert meme/fill in the answers style, the others are all quick quizzes-----

What was your first concert?
-Rush, my big brother took me out to the show, which was sweet.

What year was it and how old were you?
-1984, I think I was in 6th grade/so age 12

Have you ever had to go to a concert with a parent, and were you embarrassed about it?-no, I always thought it was cool when my parents wanted to go to shows, and I actually used to buy them tickets as gifts when I lived in the same town as them..

What other concerts have you been to?
-I plead the 5th, esp. if you count local bands, free shows.. oh, man.. lots, which is good, I think.

What concerts do you want to see that you haven't?
-Modest Mouse, Cake, the Wailers, Steel Pulse, the group that was on the current live last night (11/3/2005)... more...

Have you seen any bands more than once?
-A few of them, esp. local bands &/or friends' bnads

Have you ever met any bands, and if so, who?
-I met KMFDM, Dead Can Dance, know KAIA & Sleater Kinney from going to high school with them, er.. Arlo Guthrie, Gwar, Pigface, er.. there are more, and a ton of dif. local bands (local to.. MN, Oregon, London.. wherever I was for the shows)..I beat someone from Boiled In Lead at a poker tournament; But really, it's fun to talk to musicians after a show, I also like to meet other performers after their shows (theatre, professional dance, etc) - the positive audience energy can really encite some great conversations about philosophy, politics and life.

Do you have any signed memorabilia from shows, and if so, what?
-Yeah, special ed. Cd for Dead Can Dance signed by 7 of the 11 members on their last tour / Cds from Bauhaus on their first revival tour (1998/99?), er, could have gotten some KMFDM signatures, but I was like, 'er, whatever' and same w/a few other bands. I like to hang out & talk with the musicians after the show, but I usually feel lame asking for sigs. DCD & Bauhaus were exceptions, due to illogical idolization. heh heh.

Do you buy something (other than your ticket, of course) when you see shows?
-I'm a sucker for concert t-shirts

What is the most you've ever paid for concert tickets, and who were they for?
-I don't recall. I generally don't pay more then $15, but I paid more to see Tori Amos once, and I went to Lolla in er.. I don't know, the second year it was on tour I think.. something like $30-40 for those

Have you ever won concert tickets, and if so, for what concert?-not real tickets, just crap comps. I think, maybe something from a radio show but I don't recall.

What is the best concert you've ever been to?- Dead Can Dance @ Orpheum

What is the worst?- OMG, my dad dragged me to Alabama.. he got free tickets & wanted to take me out in Jr.High & do a 'dad & daughter' evening. Country-rock *shiver* I tried to talk him into leaving early, and he said he also didn't like them, but I can't recall how early we left. It was actually pretty lame, too: cause it was one of the few times my dad tried to take me out somewhere special, and the band just happened to SUCK totally, and neither of us liked the show. Lousy.

How far is the furthest you've traveled to see a concert?
-London, UK (for Sisters of Mercy on Valentines day 1998)

What is your favorite concert venue?
-smaller places are nice, if the acoustics are good. I like the Orpheum here, just because I've been to some sweet concerts there, and it's so romantic & plush inside.

Do you save your ticket stubs?- sometimes.. save them to loose them in the house. I should put them in photo albums instead of hershey syrup tins & misc. places.

What is some random fact about you and your concert-going?- One show I ended up right in front of my recent X-boyfriend and his reuinted x-girlfriend, and _she_ complained about me standing up, since I was in front of her(and I'm so Tall, at 5'1")... (at that was at Target center.. everyone was standing), and Greg tried to pretend he didn't know me, and told her to deal with it, as she didn't know we had dated hehheh, evil. That was, er, rather humorous, esp. as it was his fav. band.

What is your fondest concert memory?- Oh, I'd say going to a few shows with my little brother, local west coast bands, and Tribe Called Quest.. and also some of the shows I went to in Oregon, London, MN on Halloween night, which is something I used to do most Halloween weekends before I had kiddos.

Do you have any concerts coming up?- er, no. Wouldn't mind, but it's unlikely.

Your Seduction Style: Au Natural

You rank up there with your seduction skills, though you might not know it.
That's because you're a natural at seduction. You don't realize your power!
The root of your natural seduction power: your innocence and optimism.

You're the type of person who happily plays around and creates a unique little world.
Little do you know that your personal paradise is so appealing that it sucks people in.
You find joy in everything - so is it any surprise that people find joy in you?

You bring back the inner child in everyone you meet with your sincere and spontaneous ways.
Your childlike (but not childish) behavior also inspires others to care for you.
As a result, those who you befriend and date tend to be incredibly loyal to you.

Having good credit. But you may not want to get as much credit as Walter Cavanaugh of Santa Clara, CA. He has 1,397 individual, valid credit cards and has a total credit worth of more than $1.65 million. Imagine all the monthly statements!

Not Hot:
Hate to fly? Then you probably won't want to pay a visit to Bruce Campbell in Hillsboro, OR anytime soon. Bruce lives in a renovated Boeing 727-200. Why? Because he feels that wood is a terrible building material and his Boeing airplane provides greater protection from severe winds, earthquakes and fire.

Thus, when I don't work, I come out & play with my friends & socialize, and then while working I tend to hide & try to 'regenerate the batteries' for the next day.

HUH; didn’t expect that one. Painstaking & Fussy? Really? Anyone? I guess I shocked one friend the other day when he found out I like B96; I guess my home loving introversion skills I've developed could come across this way: I'm kinda curious if friends see me this way, or another way.
